Heyyyy, I’m Mercedes.

 

I’m a portrait, maternity, and boudoir photographer based in Colorado, originally from Southern California. 

 

Photography was never really the plan. It all started with my husband’s camera. I picked it up just to mess around one day, completely fell in love with it, and somehow that turned into the career I get to call my dream job.

 

When I’m not behind the camera, I’m usually chasing around my four kids, sipping an iced chai that’s probably melting in the cupholder, or making a Target run that definitely wasn’t supposed to happen.

 

Over the years, my photography has grown right alongside me. These days, I’m drawn to creating portraits that feel timeless, intentional, and full of emotion. I love the elegance of maternity sessions and the confidence that comes from boudoir. There’s something so special about helping people see themselves the way the people who love them already do.

 

Around here, we’re all about good vibes, real connection, and creating photos that make you stop and say, “Dammnnnn… that’s me?!”

 

If you’re worried about being awkward in front of the camera, don’t be. Almost every client tells me the same thing before their session, and by the end they’re laughing, relaxed, and wondering why they were nervous in the first place. I’ll guide you the entire time, so you’ll never have to wonder what to do.
